What He Deserves, What She Deserves...

No matter the mistake,
the lack of focus,
or the foot in mouth,
she overlooks it all.

She calmly corrects.
She is painfully patient.
She reminds me,
"It's okay."

I'm slowly learning.
I wish I could learn faster.
But I can't turn to the end of the book.
For there's too many good pages in this story.

Through each page,
He spurs me on towards her.
She spurs me on towards Him.
He deserves a better me,
And so does she.
